The Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Department will host Riverfront Yoga each Saturday through September 27.
Fitness instructors will lead a yoga flow built for all levels and ages. No experience is required, and modifications will be offered. Attendees should bring a towel, a mat, and water.
Riverfront Yoga will take place this Saturday from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at Riverfront Park in downtown Cape. No registration is required, but there is a small fee of $4 to attend.

Mercy Hospital Southeast will present “30-Minute Dinners” at its next Healthy Cooking Class on August 18.
Nutritional Services Coordinator Laura Vollink will share how to create nutritious dinners that are budget-friendly and can be prepared in a pinch to keep your family on the right track.
“30-Minute Dinners” will be held Monday, August 18, from 6 to 7:15 p.m. in the demonstration kitchen at Mercy Healthpoint Fitness in Cape Girardeau. There is a small fee and registration is required.

The Fall Book Sale will take place Friday, August 22, from 6 to 8 PM, Saturday, August 23, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday, August 24, from 1 to 5 PM at the Cape Girardeau Public Library.
